How often are practices?

Workouts are scheduled to start in February. During the season (Feb-July) we will practice 2-3 days a week, including games. Week day practices are in the evenings, weekend practices are in the morning, usually on Sunday.

How long is the season?

There are typically 6 games, over an 8 week period for the regular season.  This is followed by a Playoff Weekend and a Championship Weekend in June.


Yes,  everyone will need to travel to our away games as well as any post-season play.

I’m still on the fence, how can I learn more?

If you’d like to get some experience and see what our Rebellion family is like, please reach out and join us at on Sundays for a free workout during the off season.

Do I need to know football?

Absolutely not! Anyone interested in learning about football and how to play the game is welcome! With that said, this is a competitive team, in a semi-pro league. Many of our athletes that come from a sport background are very successful building upon that foundation. If you aren’t ready to go full contact, we do have practice player options to help develop you until you are ready to go live.
